RULES OF OCCUPANCY
To enable each customer to benefit optimally from our services, we ask you to comply with the following rules :
The centre is open every working day from Monday to Friday at the times displayed at the reception desk. Opening days and times may be changed exceptionally subject to seven calendar days’ notice. During these hours, a “Centre Manager and/or Customer Assistants” are on duty. Outside these hours, the user has access to the centre, its office and common areas except the meeting rooms and the secretariat. It may use the facilities made available to it in the common areas without restriction. It shall ensure, upon its departure, that all access doors to the centre are closed and that it turns off the lights in its office, including those of the common areas that it may have used for its personal use. The user must comply with the regulations related to the building and in particular the annual evacuation exercise requirements.
The user may not bring any animal into the premises made available to it; similarly, it may not bring any goods or materials likely to compromise the cleanliness of the premises. The installation of a laboratory or workshop for analysis, testing or experimentation and the storage of flammable or dangerous products are strictly prohibited in the building, including cellars located in the basement reserved exclusively for the storage of archives.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and in all common areas, including cellars, underground car parks and in offices. The untimely activation of fire systems shall be the responsibility of the User and all costs incurred by such activation shall be invoiced to the User. The use of mobile phones is tolerated in the centre provided that the noise of ringtones and conversations does not disturb other users.
The User will be required to use all the services offered by the Service Provider as a priority. As such, the User may not install, in the premises made available to it, office or computer equipment such as photocopier, network or local printer, cables, network or telecommunications equipment, or household equipment such as a beverage dispenser, coffee machine, refrigerator or any other facilities that may compete directly with the services made available by the centre. In any case, the User shall be required to request authorisation from the Service Provider for the installation of any equipment and shall comply with the instructions provided by the Centre Manager. The User cannot substantially modify the layout of the office. It may not replace the furniture made available to it with its own furniture, and may not make substantial improvements, such as paintings or other. The User must allow the Service Provider to inspect its installations and the Service Provider reserves the right to ask the User to remove any equipment that could interfere with the normal use of the premises and services by other customers, the Service Provider or any other user of the building. If the Service Provider finds damage in the office caused by the contribution of unauthorised equipment, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge the cost of cleaning the office to the User.
The User shall refrain from piercing woodwork, partitions and wall coverings made from tiles or other material, as well as decorative elements; from affixing carpets to the floors, and from affixing, stapling or pinning any paper or object whatsoever on the partitions. For any hanging, whatever it may be, it shall request authorisation from the Centre Manager, who will indicate the resources in force in the centre (metal rod for cement, magnet, etc.).
The User shall ensure that the devices or objects made available to it are not destroyed, including those located in the common areas of the centre, under penalty of restoration at its expense. It shall ensure that the premises made available to it are kept in the condition in which it found them, at the time of the inventory referred to in article 7.1. of the contract.
It is prohibited to use the display shelves of the ejector convectors as a support for any object, particularly plants. The User shall ensure free access to the convectors and to distance any heavy furniture placed in front of these devices so as to allow, at all times, the inspection and maintenance of the devices. It shall make sure to close the windows and switch off the lights when it leaves the office. The User shall be liable for any damage caused by its negligence.
The User shall ensure that any bulky object that it wishes to dispose of is deposited in the places indicated by the Centre Manager and provided for this purpose. It shall refrain from placing them in the corridors or common areas. Bulky or abundant waste shall be removed at its own expense.
No sign, advertising or other inscription is authorised on the façade, windows or in the general common areas of the building and the special common areas of the centre. The markings on the signage next to the office doors shall be in accordance with the model in force in the centre. Any modification shall be requested from the Service Provider. Similarly, no draperies, blinds or curtains may be placed on the windows. All signage placed in the User’s name shall be done through the Service Provider and at the User’s expense.
Access to the car park is prohibited for vehicles equipped with studded tyres, as well as vehicles exceeding the authorised load and height specified by the signage at the entrance to the car park. It is prohibited to store fuel in your vehicle (jerry cans). The speed in the car park is strictly limited to walking pace. Vehicle owners may not operate engines and horns loudly. They are required to park exclusively in the parking areas provided for this purpose.
The use of lifts is prohibited for the transport of heavy objects or furniture likely to damage or soil the cabins. Removals and accommodation of a certain size must be carried out under the conditions and on the days and at the times agreed with the Service Provider. To this end, the Service Provider must be notified at least eight days in advance.
The User receives a set of keys and badges for each door in the premises made available to it, an inventory of was drawn up upon its entry. The User is responsible for the loss of the keys given to it and is obliged to report this loss to the Service Provider. Any loss of keys or badges or any additional request for keys or badges will be charged to the User. It is strictly prohibited to hand over keys and badges to any person outside the contract and not known to the Service Provider. No modification to the existing locks and mechanisms will be tolerated and the User shall refrain from reproducing the set of keys and badges received.
