The private office is, as its name suggests, a private, partitioned and closed office with one or more workstations, dedicated to the employees of a single company. The private office offers calm and confidentiality, along with the ability to fit out the space with your own equipment and storage furniture.
Flexible office and coworking spaces for rent are an excellent alternative to traditional leases and long-term commitments. Flexible office spaces let you freely combine private offices, open-plan areas, coworking and meeting rooms within the same workspace. They offer flexibility in both time and space, with the ability to scale the number of workstations up or down as your business evolves. It’s a practical, cost-effective solution that adapts to every team’s organization: full-time, part-time, or a mix of office/remote work. Our spaces adapt to every need.
A flexible office can be rented with or without commitment. You can rent an office by the day, on an à la carte basis, or opt for a fixed-term commitment if your need is temporary and time-bound (renovations, new premises under construction, a project team placement, testing flexible offices…), or even with no fixed duration at all. In that case, your contract includes a 3-month notice period. Either way, you choose the formula that best fits your needs.
If you opt for a contract with no fixed term, the notice period is 3 months. You must therefore notify us 3 months before you leave by registered post. If you rent an office on a daily basis, this is an à la carte arrangement. You are therefore under no obligation and do not need to give any notice. Finally, if your contract is for a fixed term (for example, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc.), you do not need to give any notice as the end date is specified in the contract. You can change your package if necessary during the term of the contract. Simply get in touch with your local Mitwit team.
Yes, it’s perfectly possible to rent a desk by the day to work in peace and quiet, to concentrate, or to organise a business meeting, an interview or a coaching session, for example. We offer desks by the day at each of our 31 locations in France, Belgium and Switzerland. You also have the option to rent a flexible office for an indefinite period. You can then stay for as long as you like. Alternatively, you can opt for a fixed-term contract to have access to temporary offices. All our packages are flexible.
Are you organising a video conference, a business call, a team meeting, or hosting a client or prospect? Make use of the private pods available in all our Mitwit coworking spaces. Bookable in one-hour slots, they are available to all Mitwit coworkers. To book your slot, please visit the reception at your Mitwit location.
If you’re organising a team meeting, a brainstorming session, a training session, a showroom event or any other professional event with more than three people, for half a day or a full day, over 420 meeting rooms across the Mitwit network are at your disposal.

Absolutely! You can start your subscription on the date of your choice. Your subscription will be automatically renewed each month on the date you started it.
