Coworking spaces offer different configurations and working environments, with the possibility of collaborating, networking, meeting or simply working in peace and quiet. It’s an ideal way to develop your business and meet other professionals.
The private office is, as its name suggests, a private, partitioned and closed office, with one or more workstations, dedicated to employees of the same company. The private office offers calm and confidentiality, and the possibility of customising the space with equipment and storage furniture.
Flexible offices and coworking spaces for rent are an excellent alternative to traditional leases and long-term commitments. Flexible office space allows you to freely combine private offices, open-plan offices, coworking spaces and meeting rooms within the same workspace. They offer flexibility in terms of time and space, with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the number of workstations as the company’s business grows. It’s a practical, cost-effective solution that adapts to the organisation of all employees: full-time, part-time, mixed office/teleworking. The spaces can be adapted to suit all needs.
You can rent a flexible office with or without a commitment. You can rent an office by the day, on an à la carte basis, or opt for a fixed-term commitment if your need is temporary and limited in time (works, new premises under construction, placement of a project team, testing of flexible offices, etc.), or even without a fixed-term commitment. In this case, your contract provides for a 3-month notice period. So you can choose the option that best suits your needs
If you opt for an open-ended contract, the notice period is 3 months. You must give us 3 months’ notice of your departure by registered post. If you rent an office by the day, it’s an à la carte contract. You are therefore not committed and do not have to give any notice. Finally, if your contract is for a fixed term (e.g. 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc.) then you don’t have to give any notice as the end date is stated in the contract. You can change your plan if you need to during the lifetime of the contract. Simply contact your local Mitwit team.
Yes, it is perfectly possible to rent an office by the day to work in peace and quiet, to concentrate or to organise a business meeting, interview or coaching session, for example. We offer day offices at all our 31 locations in France, Belgium and Switzerland. You can also rent a flexible office for an indefinite period. You can then stay for as long as you like. Or you can opt for a fixed-term contract for temporary offices. All our formulas are flexible.
Are you organising a video meeting, a business call, a team meeting or are you welcoming a customer or prospect? Take advantage of the private bubbles available in all our Mitwit coworking spaces. They are available to all Mitwit coworkers on reservation for periods of 1 hour. To reserve your slot, go to the reception desk at your Mitwit.
If you are organising a team meeting, brainstorming session, training course, showroom or other professional event with more than 3 people, over half a day or a full day, more than 420 meeting rooms in the Mitwit network are at your disposal.

Absolutely! You can start your subscription on the date of your choice. Your subscription will be tacitly renewed each month on the date you started it.
