Our spaces for your corporate events in Paris 3 Marais

Our event spaces in Paris 3 Marais are distinguished by their green decor, light-filled surroundings and open kitchens with bars. This configuration is ideal for afterwork buffets or cocktail parties.

A number of event spaces are available for private hire:

  • The 145 m² Bourgogne area, which can accommodate up to 70 people for cocktails,
  • The 280 m² Provence area, which can accommodate up to 120 people for cocktails,
  • Seminar rooms for up to 24 people in boardroom format.

These modular spaces can be reorganised to host seminars and conferences, with audiovisual equipment such as video projectors, speakers and microphones.

Up to 550 m² of space can be made private by combining our event spaces and seminar rooms. This means you can organise professional events for up to 200 guests.

It is located 5 minutes’ walk from Place de la République, so it is served by numerous metro lines.

This space is ideal for hybrid events such as training courses, product launches, team building or cocktail receptions. It can accommodate 20 people in round table format, 60 people in theatre format and up to 80 people in cocktail format.

The Marseille Préfecture coworking space offers you :

  • A private indoor terrace for business events under the Marseille sky. The space can accommodate up to 70 people in cocktail mode
  • A Creative Room with an open kitchen. The furniture available can be adapted to suit your needs. The space can accommodate up to 35 people in theatre format.
  • Seminar rooms for up to 25 people in theatre format. Ideal for organising seminars or training courses.

How can I book a meeting room?

There are two ways to book a meeting room at Mitwit:

Book your meeting room via our website by clicking on the ‘book a room’ button. In just a few clicks, find your room and enter the number of participants, the date and the desired times. Payment is made online by credit card to finalise the booking.

What meeting room facilities are available?

Our rooms are fully modular to suit the needs of any type of meeting. They can be arranged in a U-shape, conference style, island style or theatre style. Our teams are at your disposal to plan the layout best suited to your professional event and will assist you from start to finish with a smile and good humour.

Do the meeting rooms have natural light?

Mitwit meeting rooms are flooded with natural light and equipped with blinds and dimmable lighting so you can adjust the brightness to suit your needs. Some meeting rooms are not directly exposed to natural light but are equipped with technology that reproduces a natural light effect to ensure your comfort. All our rooms are designed with your working comfort in mind.

Do you offer catering services for meeting participants?

Mitwit will assist you in organising your meeting from start to finish. Depending on the time and nature of your meeting, our teams can offer breakfast options, pastry and/or biscuit breaks, hot drinks, juices and soft drinks, a wide range of meal trays, and lunch buffets. Catering services must be ordered when you book the room. Our teams will not be able to meet your request if it is made on the day of your meeting. Is it possible to organise a meeting in a coworking space?

What on-site services are offered in addition to meeting room rental?

The Mitwit teams provide all on-site services to ensure your meetings are 100% successful: personalised welcome for participants, signage, breakfasts, breaks, lunch, assistance with preparing your meeting (printing documents, photocopying, binding, etc.), specific layout of your room, and more. They are at your disposal to help you organise your professional event in the best possible way. On site, you also have access to the communal reception areas and the central café, the perfect place for socialising and networking. You also have the option of renting an office and accessing the Coworking Spots on an à la carte basis or with a subscription..

I have a large volume of room and office rentals. Can I benefit from a framework contract?
